Sit With Me Shelter Dog Rescue – Ottawa Pet Photographer

Yesterday I got to spend the day with some great foster dogs (All 24 of them!) from Sit With Me Shelter Dog Rescue! Here are just a handful of photos from our afternoon shoot. All of these guys are up for adoption (Some only to homes outside of Ontario because of our ridiculous pit-bull ban). I can tell you that if I were able to adopt another dog I’d have a REALLY hard time picking one, they were all sweet, cuddly, and adorable! Go check them out, your next dog might be waiting for you…

Hello Looking for help to place a Bernard X – he is adorable – can you help

  2. Hi Jane, unfortunately Sit With Me doesn’t take owner surrenders, you could check out some of the giant breed rescues in the Ottawa area like Friendly Giants Dog Rescue, Birch Haven, or Valley Mastiff Rescue. Hope that helps!

Sorry did not explain to you…he is not an owner surrender … I volunteer with Loyal but we typically take small dogs. He was pulled last minute from a Montreal high kill shelter. He is in temp foster for a few weeks by a very nice person who could not bare to see him put down. He is an adorable “teddy bear”. I would take him if I could as I feel for him via his pics. But I have two of my own and am going to foster soon.
